Knowledge Management and Enterprise SearchiENGINEERING has been re-appraised based on the latest version of the IT Service Management System (ITMS) standard (ISO 20000-1:2018) of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The ISO 20000-1:2018 standard specifies requirements for service providers to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and improve a service management system. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services to fulfill agreed service requirements.
This upgraded standard was awarded after extensive evaluation and audits were conducted on iENGINEERING premises by the TÜV Austria Group. iENGINEERING had previously earned the ISO 20000-1:2011 certification in May 2017. This upgrade illustrates the company’s commitment towards continuously improving its practices and procedures to achieve excellence in performance.
